Overcoming Overwhelm

The end of the school year is upon us, and things are…..nuts!

There are certain transitions within the year that throw our schedules completely off.  For our family, it's the beginning and end of the school year.

My brain has to adjust to (and plan!) an entire new summer schedule, and that transition for 3 kids in three different age groups alongside my work schedule feels like a lot.  At times it even feels overwhelming.

But I'm noticing this year, my kids are more involved than ever and my overwhelm is the least it's been since becoming a Mama 11 years ago.

Why is this?

It's because I cracked the code, and yes, there is a code.

I knew immediately once I got it down on paper that I wanted to share the code with every Mama that would listen to me.

  • Determine if there's anything you are running from that will pop up when things begin to slow down, and be prepared to heal that.
  • Time block, schedule management and identify your priorities and build your calendar accordingly
